What to expect from a move-out cleaning

A move-out cleaning is a deep cleaning of an empty house (no furnishings).

Bathrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, mildew removed and mirrors streak-free.

The kitchen will be cleaned and sanitized, appliances cleaned (inside/out) and cabinets wiped.

Cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms will be wiped out.

Baseboards, doors, door frames, window sills will be hand washed.

Floors will be expertly vacuumed and mopped.

Move-Out Clean Checklist

In this detailed cleaning, all surfaces throughout the home are hand washed (except the walls), not dry dusted. This tackles unwelcome dust as well as surfaces with tough build-up such as soap scum, mineral deposits, heavy dust, grease, and food splatter. Using our top to bottom cleaning approach, our certified technicians detail the nooks and crannies where dust, pet hair, and debris hide. We wipe out the inside cabinets in this cleaning and you can also have us clean the inside appliances as well (fridge and oven). We strongly suggest the move-out clean when you are listing your home or are moving out of your home or rental property. Let us leave the place immaculate so you can focus on moving and settling in!

Notice:

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture; we will try to reach any visible areas either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

* We cannot clean broken blinds/shutters. We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning or you may choose to replace the mini-blinds.

*At your cleaning we thoroughly clean your floors. We use products and equipment that are gentle and safe for all flooring including hardwood floors. Please know that we cannot guarantee white glove results on your floors after 1 cleaning. Hard flooring and carpeting should be deep cleaned by a carpet cleaner or flooring specialist once a year. If you would like us to clean your floors 2 times at your cleaning due to build-up or residue, please inform our office when you schedule your service.

*If you are having interior appliance cleaning, our team is well prepared to clean appliances with normal wear and tear. Appliances with excessive wear and tear may require additional time to achieve a thorough cleaning.
