The Post-Construction Clean
At your post construction clean our team works diligently to remove the fine dust and debris caused by installing new surfaces in rooms, installing plumbing, fixtures, filling holes, cutting materials and sanding drywall. The deep clean specialist runs our team of certified deep cleaners in a top to bottom hand wiping approach on all your woodwork, trim, windows, doors, fixtures, cabinets, shelves, and staircases. Drywall dust is very fine and easily goes airborne so we are not able to dry dust during this cleaning process. All cleaning must be completed by hand wiping and washing. After the first clean of the building, the team will circle back to wipe up any drywall dust resettlement. Please do not be surprised if you see some slight resettlement, sometimes it is hard to avoid. We can come back at no additional cost to you to touch up areas where this dust has resettled even after 2 passes through the home.

*We can only “hand wipe” high gloss paint, no wiping of flat paint (we can dry dust walls with flat paint upon request)
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture; we will try to reach any visible areas either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* We cannot clean broken blinds/shutters. We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning or you may choose to replace the mini-blinds.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
*At your cleaning we thoroughly clean your floors. We use products and equipment that are safe for bamboo and real hardwood floors. Please know that we cannot guarantee white glove results on your floors after 1 cleaning. Hard flooring and carpeting should be deep cleaned by a carpet cleaner or flooring specialist once a year. If you would like us to clean your floors 2 times at your cleaning due to build-up or residue, please let us know and we will add on a small fee to do so.
*If you have requested interior appliance cleaning, we are prepared to clean appliances with normal wear and tear. Appliances above and beyond normal wear and tear may require additional time to achieve a thorough cleaning.
