Recurring Maintenance Cleans
When you hire us for your recurring maintenance cleans, you will have the most reliable and consistent professional cleaning service! We do use the same cleaner for recurring services as long as they are not ill or have the day off of work! There are many options for house cleaners, but there is only one that is the Award-Winning Best of The Best! For 6 years in a row!
Our services are available for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. For your ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleans include the following areas and items to be cleaned:
- Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted)
- Moldings & woodwork (dusted)
- Baseboards (dusted)
- Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)
- Furniture (dusted & polished)
- Top of refrigerator (dusted)
- Outside of appliances cleaned
- Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
- Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
- Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
- Floors (vacuumed, dry mopped &/or damp mopped)
Recurring Maintenance Cleans Continued:
*This service is not recommended for move in/move out cleans, or first time cleans
*Please ensure that we have guaranteed access to your home so your cleaner can get in upon their arrival. This will help allow us to avoid any lock out fees or charges for a last-minute cancellation if we cannot complete your cleaning upon our arrival.
*We do presume that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate a thorough cleaning. Please do a walk through of the home before your cleaning and pick up loose laundry, kid toys, pet toys, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and put away other items that may be an obstacle when thoroughly cleaning your floors.
*If you are having your sheets changed as part of your recurring service please leave a full set of clean linens on the foot of the bed for your cleaner. We do not want to rifle through your linen closets to look for bedding.
Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Clean
It’s our job to help you choose the right level of service for your needs. Choosing the right type of service to be performed in your home is the only way to have a successful outcome when you hire a cleaning service. If you insist on purchasing less service than you need, you will be disappointed with the results no matter who you hire. It is for this reason, that we strongly suggest that you start with our Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Clean for your first service visit. A General Clean or Recurring Maintenance Clean is only recommended if you’ve had professional cleaning within the last four weeks.
In this detailed cleaning, all surfaces throughout the home are hand washed or wiped not just dry dusted. This tackles unwelcome dust as well as surfaces with tough build-up such as soap scum, mineral deposits, heavy dust, grease, and food splatter. Using our top-to-bottom cleaning approach, our certified technicians detail the nooks and crannies where dust, pet hair, and debris hide. Any build-up on your surfaces must be removed as much as possible before starting recurring maintenance cleans.

- All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
- Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped) • All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)

Top To Bottom Deluxe Clean Continued:
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture; we will try to reach any visible areas either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* We cannot clean broken blinds/shutters. We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning or you may choose to replace the mini-blinds.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
*At your cleaning we thoroughly clean your floors. We use products and equipment that are safe for bamboo and real hardwood floors. Please know that we cannot guarantee white glove results on your floors after 1 cleaning. Hard flooring and carpeting should be deep cleaned by a carpet
cleaner or flooring specialist once a year. If you would like us to clean your floors 2 times at your cleaning due to build-up or residue, please let us know and we will add on a small fee to do so.
*If you have requested interior appliance cleaning, we are prepared to clean appliances with normal wear and tear. Appliances above and beyond normal wear and tear may require additional time to achieve a thorough cleaning.
