When you hire us for your recurring maintenance cleans, you will have the most reliable and consistent professional cleaning service! We do use the same cleaner for recurring services as long as they are not ill or have the day off of work! Our services are available for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. For your ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleans include the following areas and items to be cleaned:

*This service is not recommended for move in/move out cleans, or first time cleans
*Please ensure that we have guaranteed access to your home so your cleaner can get in upon their arrival. This will help allow us to avoid any lock out fees or charges for a last-minute cancellation if we cannot complete your cleaning upon our arrival.
*We do presume that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate a thorough cleaning. Please do a walk through of the home before your cleaning and pick up loose laundry, kid toys, pet toys, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and put away other items that may be an obstacle when thoroughly cleaning your floors.
*If you are having your sheets changed as part of your recurring service please leave a full set of clean linens on the foot of the bed for your cleaner. We do not want to rifle through your linen closets to look for bedding.
