Requirements for The Custom Clean:

This customized cleaning is based on what is most important to YOU! A custom clean is commonly used before hosting an event, expecting company, or to customize a cleaning for entertaining or welcoming a new tenant into the home. You may choose to have us to focus on specific rooms, laundry/folding, setting up clean linens on your beds, or even specific surfaces in your home (e.g., baseboards).

The Cleaning by Kate team will work diligently following your list from #1 to #10 in precise order down the list. We do have a minimum of $250 for this cleaning but of course you may choose a budget over the minimum.

Please know that we may not be able to finish your entire list, so please view the items towards the bottom of your list as “wish list” items. If a room or specific task is very important to you, please put it at the top of your list. If you have a budget in mind but would like our help creating your priority list, we are more than happy to help!

Submit your list of priorities to our office prior to scheduling your appointment

Provide guaranteed access to your home for when the cleaner arrives

Be available in case we need to contact you during the cleaning process. We may need to have your reprioritize tasks or we may have questions for you

Understand that areas of higher traffic in your home may take longer than anticipated

Notice:

*Tasks that require longer cleaning time include but are not limited to: Hand wiping a large number of knick knacks/collectibles/personal items, soap scum, discolored grout, interior appliance cleaning (oven, refrigerator), interior window cleaning and hand washing a large number of hanging blind treatments.

*We presume that the home will be picked up and in order to facilitate a thorough cleaning by providing access to all of the surfaces you wish to have cleaned.
